What is it about?
With this program, X60 CrossFit supports people who strive to learn and correct their forms in fitness. In the “Clinic” program, the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit are taught and any basic errors in fitness are corrected. Uncertified or less aware trainers and lack of importance paid to correct the form leads to injuries and inefficient results.

CrossFit focuses on constantly varying strength and conditioning exercises that workout every muscle of the body. Elements from high-intensity interval training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and various other exercise forms are incorporated into every CrossFit routine. Driven by data, individual performance in the CrossFit program is measured by keeping accurate scores and records. It fosters healthy competition, and provides unprecedented motivation, both absolutely essential to ensure continuity.
